Dr. Versland received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Bowling Green State University, an APA doctoral program with internship, and a year long fellowship.   She enjoys helping children, teens, adults and families experiencing with life transitions, mental health challenges, addictions (substances, gambling, gaming), trauma, and behavioral health concerns (e.g., weight loss, insomnia).  Dr. Versland uses research based, time limited treatments to help clients get results quickly.  Dr. Versland serves children, adults, and families in many contexts (TBI rehab, child & adult mental health, health psychology, addictions,  etc.) with many approaches (Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, ACT) tailored to her client's needs.  

In addition to 12+ years of experience, Dr. Versland served as Chief Psychologist from 2011-2016, overseeing approximately 45 psychologists and therapists.  During her tenure, she led implementation of health psychology, primary care behavioral health, co-occurring addiction treatment, and "CARES" (a preventative response to coping with workplace stress/violence). Dr. Versland also served on the MN Board of Psychology from 2014-2017.

In 2017, Dr. Versland founded Psychology Express, Inc. with the mission of providing doctoral level psychological care within the community as well as consulting services (organizational, disability, legal). 

In her free time, Dr. Versland enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.



Hina Siddiqui, PsyD, LP

Dr. Siddiqui

Dr. Siddiqui is a clinical psychologist working in the healthcare field for over 10 years. She graduated from an APA accredited doctoral and internship program in the Twin Cities. Her professional interests and expertise include cognitive behavioral therapy for depression and anxiety management, individual psychotherapy for trauma (including EMDR), women’s mental health, and specialized psychological evaluations (including bariatric evaluations and kidney donor psychological evaluations). Dr. Siddiqui has competence in working with diverse populations and ethnic minorities.

Dr. Siddiqui works with patients age 15 through older adulthood. She also works with couples in the context of individual psychotherapy. 

Dr. Siddiqui offers individual psychotherapy, psychological evaluations, and tele-psychology services. Dr. Siddiqui is a panelist with Social Security Administration and does psychological evaluations for disability claimants. 

Dr. Siddiqui started her private private, (Insights Psychology, LLC) in 2017.  Insights Psychology works in association with Psychology Express.

In her free time, Dr. Siddiqui enjoys spending time with her family, interior decorating, and photography.
